Loving the fresh air!

Hard day. Staff meeting now. Ask your child about the new raindrop project coming up next week. If they can tell you about it, write the word RAINDROP in the planner for $20 bonus tomorrow. Have a good night.

4. Event: Last Day Bike Ride

Date: May 31, 2013

Description: We will end the year in a fun way. We will bike over to Hawthorne Park using the bike trail. Students MUST wear a helmet. If you need assistance getting a bike or helmet please let us know ASAP and we will see what we can do to help. Students need to wear sunscreen and a hat please. Water bottles will be provided at the park.

6. Event: Movie In Class: Miracle

Date: May ???

Description: This movie is rated PG. It is another story of great character and the will to believe in not only oneself but also in each other. Amazing story with a sport’s theme. It does have some hockey rough um up scenes and a couple of inappropriate words in it, but we feel 4^th graders can handle what is in there. Snacks will be available for purchase with fake money. Kids may bring a drink of their choice. (Regular size with a lid) C.C. Meetings and the word BELIEVE will come alive!!!

7. Event: Movie in LIBRARY class: Hoot

Date: Wednesday

Description: This movie is rated PG. Mrs. Anderson has read them the book. It is about a group of kids that come together to save their local owl’s habitats. It goes right along with our ecosystem unit in reading and science! Not sure on the snacks and/or drink. She will tell your child in class later.
