Pay It Forward With a Tooth????

Hi there. Real quick tonight due to my MONT CAS training meeting tonight after school. We had a great day, packed with many different events. This morning Alexis was our star of the week. It was fun to meet her family through her pictures. She also shared her love for Taylor Swift music and her fun yellow duck that reminds her that her mom loves her. Lastly, she shared her fun rock that her dad gave her. It was super cool and you could tell that it was very special to her. It was great fun learning more about Miss. Alexis! What a great kid! Up next, Andrew!

In Science this morning, we shared our fossils. Very, very cool. I was surprised to see so many, and how much the kiddos knew already about them.

In CC Meeting we added to our Paying It Forward poster. Today, Rusty really talked about how when paying it forward you do NOT expect anything in return, BUT....you often get things in return. This is so true. When I go out of my way to show kindness, I often find that I receive acts of kindness as well. It is a mystery in life, and a cool one at that! We also watched an online story about a tooth. You can watch it too! It is only about 4 minutes long, and so precious. It is off to the right on my favorite links. The story is called The Tooth and Annette Benning reads it.  Discuss it with your child and ask them how the little girl in the story payed it forward. If they can tell you, write Tooth in the planner.

I would like to take a minute to say WOWZERS!!!! Miss. Olivia did an amazing job in her Girls Honor Choir performance today. The group travelled all around the heights today performing at different schools. It was a great, great show. I am so proud of you Olivia!

Well, that is about it for today. Have a great night!
